Job summary

A prestigious oil and gas company in North Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage orders, monitor inventory, and liaise with logistics providers. The ideal candidate should be familiar with supply chain functions and has experience with SAP/ERP. This role offers a salary of up to $3.5k plus AWS and VB. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic supply chain functions such as procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Educational projects or internships related to supply chain are beneficial.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Help in placing orders with suppliers, ensuring correctness.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or surpluses.
• Update inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform stock reconciliations to maintain accurate data.
• Work with logistics to schedule timely shipments and resolve issues.
• Collect and analyze data on shipments, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Participate in projects for streamlining supply chain operations.

Skills

Job Scope

• Help in placing orders with suppliers, ensuring that purchase orders are accurately processed.
• Track deliveries by coordinating with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure goods arrive on time and resolve any discrepancies in order shipments.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excessive surplus.
• Update inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations to maintain accurate stock data and
  support auditing processes.
• Work with logistics teams to schedule shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  Help resolve logistical issues, such as delays or damaged goods, to maintain smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction.
• Collect data from various sources such as shipments, inventory levels, and supplier performance metrics.
• Assist in analysing this data to identify trends that affect the efficiency and
  effectiveness of the supply chain.
• Participate in projects aimed at streamlining supply chain operations.

Requirements
