Join our team as a Supply Chain Executive at Paris Baguette Singapore, a leading bakery and cafe chain. You will be responsible for managing the company's procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our business.

What you'will be doing
  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies required for our bakery operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management procedures to ensure timely availability of goods.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of products to our retail stores.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory to maintain ideal stock levels at all times.
  • Vendor management, including review and assessment of vendor's qualification, contract negotiation, appraisal of vendor's performance, budget management and reporting.
  • Analyse supply chain data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise supply chain operations.
  • Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and other procurement‑related documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new supply chain initiatives and systems.
  • Handle system entry relating to supply chain function, including stock movement or shipment process.
  • Assist with ad hoc supply chain and logistics assignments.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics, or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using supply chain management software.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
