Supervisor and General Foreman Responsibilities:

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work tostrict deadlines.

Monitoring construction Electrical & Electronic Installationand good knowledge in ELV system and installation and providing training andteam building sessions are required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at alltimes.

Performing equipment, material, and routine siteinspections.

Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presentingthem to relevant stakeholders.

Working closely with architects and other professionals.

Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements inconstruction.

Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites asrequired.

Site Supervisor and General ForemanRequirements:

Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Engineering orElectronic & communication Engineering.

Required computer knowledge

Experience in the construction industry required minimum 2years.

Need physical works at construction sites.

Experience in a leadership role recommended.

Required to workday / Night Shift.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
