Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor. The ideal candidate will report to the Project Director and Project Manager, leading a team of foreign workers. Responsibilities include resolving workplace issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring work progress. The role requires you to handle documentation, manage costs, and supervise site activities. Responsibilities

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
• Able to lead a team of foreigner workers.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Monitor, coordinate, and track site work progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Supervises and coordinates activities at project site.
• Control and maintain safe and smooth progress of work.
• Handle project documentation, monitor site activities, material requisition, cost control, and scheduling.
• Supervise site progress, including attending site meetings and discussions.
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as assigned.

• Supervise site progress which includes attending site meetings and discussions
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignment as and when assigned
