JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Pre-School or Early Childhood Education
• Knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Teaching certification or early childhood qualification is an advantage
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills for young learners
• Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children’s needs
• Team-player, flexible, and able to multi-task
• Passionate about continuous professional development

JOB DETAILS

• Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs
• Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources
• Provide a positive learning environment
• Ensure student’s well-being and safety
• Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps
• Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps
• Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher
• ECA/CCA and student support
• Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management
