Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore seeks a qualified professional to manage construction project operations, including IDD works and scheduling. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6. Responsibilities include detailed planning, delay analysis, and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications

- Assist PM in detailed planning and scheduling of activities.

Responsibilities:
- IDD works including implementation, coordination, and daily operation
- Time to time site temporary facility and utilization planning
- Assist PM on detailed planning of monthly work actives, weekly schedule
- Update master program
- Assist PM to draft all the progress meeting, coordination meeting minutes, method statement
- Have experiences and able to perform delay analysis to demonstrate the number of EOT required and/ or resulted by the any delay events, to keep proper records of all the documents required for EOT and Variation claim.
- Incorporating Cost and Resource Planning (manpower, machinery, materials) into the Master Programme.
- Well versed in Earn Value Method to track progress of project.
- Well versed in Critical Path Analysis
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years relevant experience
