Job summary

The ideal candidate will support the Project Team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of drawings while collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities include creating specifications, developing As-Built drawings for project handover, and assisting with tender bids. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with provided specifications.
• Support the Project Team by delivering timely and accurate shop drawings to facilitate construction.
• Assist in the development of shop drawings and collaborate with the Engineering Department and Project Team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications based on Client-Consultant requirements.
• Develop As-Built drawings for submission and project handover to clients and consultants.
• Assist with tender bids and drawings by preparing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Ensure the timely completion of all required drawings.
