Job summary

OCBC is seeking an IT Project Manager (Payments), Vice President, to lead delivery of complex payment platforms across regions. You will collaborate with business, architecture, and operations teams to define the book of work, plan resources, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee production health, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as Product Owner/Project Manager in large BPM programs.
• Experience with enterprise payment systems and platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define prioritized book of work with Business based on technology roadmap.
• Oversee delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with strategy and roadmap.
• Manage and drive project activities across departments: roadmaps, budgets, schedules, resources.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements; provide updates to sponsors/steering committees.
• Collaborate with Architecture & Engineering to drive reusable, scalable platform patterns.
• Ensure optimal customer and employee experience for the platform in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships and cross-team communications.
• Plan and manage platform operating budget within the annual plan.
