Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks an experienced transformation leader to drive modernization of Group Payment Operations through platform solutions, process automation, and technology transformation initiatives.

This role will design, implement, and optimize next-generation payment platforms, leveraging automation, workflow orchestration, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, resilience, scalability, and client experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field.
5–8+ years in payment operations or related banking functions.
Experience leading transformation initiatives with measurable improvements.
Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision making, with executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation initiatives for platform modernization and automation.
Define target operating model for payment operations across geographies.
Partner with Technology, Product, Architecture and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive adoption of modern payment platforms, workflow orchestration, and case management.
Identify digitization opportunities and drive STP improvements.
Oversee requirements, design reviews, testing, planning, and go-live readiness.
Manage end-to-end programs within scope, time, budget and quality.
Standardize payment processes and translate business needs into platform solutions.
Utilize data analytics and transformation metrics to boost efficiency and controls.
