Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to head payment transformation across Group Payment Operations. You will drive regulatory and industry-led initiatives, partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance, and ensure operational readiness for evolving payment trends.

The role focuses on automation, STP uplift, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in Payments, Banking Operations, Transformation or Change Management.
Strong knowledge of payment products, infrastructures, and regulatory requirements across domestic and cross-border payments.
Proven track record in leading strategic transformation initiatives and large-scale programs.
Experience driving automation, STP uplift, and efficiency improvements.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead payment transformation initiatives across domestic and cross-border ecosystems.
Drive automation, STP uplift, process simplification, and operational resilience.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Business stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve client experience across payments.
Assess impact of emerging payment capabilities and industry standards.
Develop and monitor transformation metrics and governance.
