Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an IT Project Manager (Payments), Vice President, to lead delivery of payments platforms across the group. You will define roadmaps, manage multi-department project activities, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance while driving initiatives in a complex, production-scale environment.

The role requires strategic thinking, proactive delivery, and strong stakeholder management to achieve business objectives and operational excellence in a dynamic banking landscape.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs.
• Experience in product development of core enterprise payment systems and supporting operations workflow.
• Cross-border payments – SWIFT; RTGS; Intra-Group and bulk payments across countries.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders on digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage delivery across the group.
• Define prioritized book of work based on the technology roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee health and availability of production systems.
• Manage budgets, scope, and project plans; coordinate with architecture and engineering teams.
