Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President, User Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Cards, Payments and Personal Loans. You will bridge Business and Technology, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into effective technology solutions.

You will drive project scope, timelines and budgets while coordinating governance, risks and dependencies across multiple business units and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate across business and tech teams.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled projects in banking/financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Cards, Payments & Personal Loans.
• Act as liaison between Business and Technology to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
