Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Payments Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end payment initiatives, automation, and STP uplift across domestic and cross-border ecosystems. You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver strategic payment solutions and ensure regulatory readiness.

This 8–12 year role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical and leadership skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of Payments, Banking Ops, Transformation, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, infrastructures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record delivering strategic transformation initiatives and large-scale projects.
• Experience driving automation, STP uplift, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payment transformation programmes focused on automation and STP uplift.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Business stakeholders to deliver strategic payment initiatives.
• Drive governance, control, and effective risk management across initiatives.
• Establish and monitor transformation metrics; report on productivity, resilience and service quality.
• Represent Group Payment Operations in strategic forums and cross-functional programmes.
