Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a VP/AVP IT Project Manager for Loan Origination in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams within the Corporate Credit Origination and Processing domain, driving end-to-end project delivery from credit proposition initiation to loan origination and facility implementation.

The role requires strong Agile expertise, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in financial services project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within the financial services environment.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• End-to-end business knowledge of corporate credit processing from origination to facility and limits management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow Project Managers and stakeholders to enhance and scale project outcomes.
• Foster a safe, trusting, and high-performing team environment.
