Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years in banking with Payments Operations, Transaction Banking, or Payments Transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, digital transformation, or operational excellence programs.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Python, SQL, Power BI, data analytics, and workflow automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Payment Operations initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, resilience, controls, and client outcomes.
• Drive AI, data, analytics, automation, and digital initiatives to transform operations.
• Design and deliver tactical solutions with a roadmap to enterprise platforms, balancing regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and external counterparties.
• Establish governance, ownership, and benefits realization for regional transformation initiatives.
