Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee cross-functional technology projects within corporate and consumer domains. You will lead from initiation through rollout, coordinating development, product management, UX, and QA, while guiding governance bodies and stakeholders.

Strong banking domain knowledge and vendor coordination are essential. You will drive feasibility studies, planning, budgeting and risk management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in IT within banking.
• Experience delivering projects exceeding S$1M in value.
• Certification or formal training in project management is an advantage.
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems creatively and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses and proposals; obtain approvals from IT mgmt and sponsors.
• Establish plans, resources, budgets, time-frames; assign tasks.
• Identify, track and communicate progress, milestones, changes, dependencies.
• Manage project team performance; provide technical guidance and training.
• Coordinate activities across multiple dev, product, UX and QA teams.
• Secure acceptance of deliverables from sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee documentation for each project phase (BRD, FSD, plan, test strategy).
• Support training and user adoption for new or modified applications.
