Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Strategic stakeholder management to define needs and influence decisions.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities for specialized/niche roles.
• Talent mapping and market intelligence across complex markets.
• Data literacy to translate recruiting data into actionable strategies.
• AI and digital fluency to enhance research and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle while mapping market intelligence across external talent landscape.
• Apply strategic talent identification frameworks to assess and differentiate profiles.
• Use advanced sourcing to build sustainable talent pipelines for specialized roles.
• Lead data-driven discussions with hiring managers to calibrate requirements.
• Maintain high hiring standards through structured interviews and feedback.
• Plan campus hiring, employer branding and recruitment marketing programmes.
• Leverage GenAI for research, ranking and scheduling efficiency.
• Act as Strategic Talent Advisor to understand business needs and partner with leaders.
