Job summary

Singtel is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to shape how we attract and hire talent for the future. You will own end-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios, act as a strategic partner, and champion AI, automation and analytics to improve speed, quality and recruiter productivity.

You will build talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to translate business needs into practical TA strategies, ensuring fair and responsible hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing capability for evolving, specialist or difficult-to-hire capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence Hiring Managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and translate insights into action.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, recruitment analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Good understanding of fair and responsible hiring practices.
• Experience in talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding and TA transformation work.
