Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across Technology and corporate functions. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, using market insights and Generative AI to calibrate talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and secure high-impact hires.

You will map external talent landscapes, conduct rigorous assessments, run targeted headhunting, and collaborate with leaders to align on talent

Formación

• 7+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment with a core focus on software, product, or data engineering roles alongside corporate functions.
• Proven capability to advise senior leadership and guide strategic hiring decisions.
• Hands-on proficiency in proactive direct-search techniques, including complex Boolean logic and targeted outreach.
• Experience researching competitor org structures and passive candidate landscapes across regional or global hubs.
• Experience incorporating generative AI productivity platforms into daily workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively track industry talent movements and map external pools to identify candidates ahead of demand.
• Apply robust assessment standards and structured debriefs to differentiate top performers.
• Execute targeted headhunting campaigns for hard-to-fill skills and build long-term pipelines.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate metrics and adjust sourcing tactics dynamically.
• Partner with managers to diagnose talent needs and align on selection choices.
• Integrate generative AI into recruitment workflows to accelerate research and scheduling.
