Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, to lead and optimize recruitment across critical business areas in Singapore. You will shape end-to-end hiring strategy, build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR, and senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements, employer branding, and analytics to elevate hiring quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with leadership experience.
• Proven success hiring senior roles in large, fast-paced orgs.
• Strong partnering with senior executives.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and using analytics.
• Knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and AI in TA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs and translate workforce plans into sourcing pipelines.
• Create pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior positions across assigned areas.
• Oversee candidate assessment, offers, and closing strategies with hiring managers.
• Drive employer branding, talent intelligence, and data-driven recruitment improvements.
