The role emphasizes talent mapping, pipeline development, data-driven hiring with GenAI, and supporting campus hiring and employer branding to secure top technology and corporate talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience hiring across Technology and/or Corporate functions.
• Proven stakeholder management and Talent Advisory experience.
• Experience in talent mapping and market intelligence.
• Southeast Asia hiring experience, campus hiring or employer branding exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent identification to offer closure.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders as a strategic Talent Advisor.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence across external talent markets.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment data, market insights and GenAI tools to strengthen hiring strategies.
• Support campus hiring, employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
