Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical functions in Singapore.

You will partner with business stakeholders, build strong recruitment strategies, manage agency relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering quality hires on schedule. This role requires at least 4 years in recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple hires in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for research and engineering positions.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment events.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and optimize hiring processes.
