PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced recruiter in Singapore to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple roles within a dynamic portfolio. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering an excellent experience for candidates and managers.

The successful candidate will drive diversity in hiring, run branding and outreach initiatives, and use data to refine recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment near One North MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong in direct sourcing, especially sourcing from regional/global talent data base to attract passive candidates.
• Track record of recruiting diverse roles in both complexity, difficulty and volume.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, data-driven recruitment and the ability to use data to drive recruitment strategy.
• Excellent communication skill, able to positively influence at different levels of an organization up to senior levels.
• 1-year contract with possibility of extension or conversion.
• MNC near One North MRT

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps.
• Leading end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short and long-term business objectives.
• Provide insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in talent attraction and selection.
• Involve in TA projects and initiatives, including talent branding, career fairs, process improvement and STEM outreach efforts.
• Deliver exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices, facilitate/lead debrief sessions and support data-driven hiring decisions.
