Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing capability for evolving, specialist or difficult-to-hire roles.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence Hiring Managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and translate insights into action.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, recruitment analytics and AI-enabled recruitment tools.
• Experience in talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding and TA transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition & Business Partnership with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.
• Advise on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and hiring timelines.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialist and high-volume requirements.
• Drive recruitment discipline including pipeline management and timely feedback.
• Champion AI and automation to improve speed, quality and recruiter productivity.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct external talent mapping for critical skills.
• Provide leadership with insights on recruitment performance and market conditions.
