Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional who understands recruitment is about building teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering great talent in fast-moving environments.

You will own end-to-end recruitment across functions, partner with hiring managers and business leaders, proactively source quality talent, build pipelines, deliver a strong candidate experience, and align with HR and regional stakeholders on hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Agency, or in-house background are all welcome.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Someone proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Source and engage quality talent proactively.
• Build strong talent pipelines and market intelligence.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from start to finish.
• Work closely with HR and regional stakeholders on hiring strategies.
