Job summary

A leading chemical company based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Sales to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth. This role involves handling existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams. Required qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business or Marketing, strong communication skills, and experience in sales. The position is full-time and may require occasional travel, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and sales forecasting.
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Conversational Japanese language ability will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales activities for existing customers.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to support sales strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and managing sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with headquarters, manufacturing plants, and other departments.
  • Manage and maintain appropriate levels of sales inventory.
  • Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Support forecasting of future customer demand and assist in developing sales plans.
  • Provide operational support to the General Manager as required.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
