• Prepare quotations and advise on delivery lead times.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on order confirmations and logistics.
• Maintain rapport with customers, new and existing customers.
• Differentiate cost mark-ups for customer categories.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently.
• Provide support to the respective division.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
