Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a customer service/order processing professional to support our logistics and sales teams.

You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely deliveries and payments, and assist with compliance and due diligence.

This full-time role requires 2-5 years' relevant experience and basic SAP knowledge; a structured workplace with GST and import/export compliance duties.

Qualifications

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience is welcome.
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, liaise with operation and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
