Job summary

PACIFIC INTEGRATED LOGISTICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-up.

You will enter and maintain customer and warehouse data in management systems, generate reports on inventory and billing, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through customer interaction.
• Ability to start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through emails, calls, and messages to maintain positive customer relationships
• Enter and update customer and warehouse data accurately in management systems to ensure reliable records
• Generate and submit timely reports on inventory, orders, and billing to support operational transparency
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify accurate order fulfillment and shipment processes
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to customer orders, billing, and inventory for accuracy and compliance
• Generate and review billing invoices and assist with inventory reporting to support financial accuracy
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives
