GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries and coordinate orders and service work in Singapore. You will prepare quotations, monitor timelines, and liaise with engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires 3–4 years in a sales/coordinator function, strong MS Office skills, and good communication. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or similar role (3–4 years).
• Proficient in MS Office; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare quotations, service charges, and process job orders accurately.
• Schedule, prioritise, and coordinate customer service requests.
• Coordinate with service engineers, subcontractors, customers, vendors and stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Maintain and update service records, reports, and documentation in the system.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on service outcomes to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare service requests, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and related admin records.
• Coordinate project and service work schedules for service personnel.
• Raise purchase requisitions for materials, installation items, and spare parts required for projects.
• Handle equipment warranty claims and related documentation.
• Support customer audits, inspections, and requests for supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
