Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordination professional in Singapore to prepare quotations, verify purchase orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, familiarity with SAP, and understanding of manufacturing processes. Office hours are regular, with a focus on accurate documentation and proactive communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service roles, preferably manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate quotations for equipment spare parts.
• Receive and scrutinize customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness; generate internal job orders.
• Collaborate with production, project managers, logistics companies, and other departments to expedite order fulfilment; prepare shipping documents.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product/service/order status information.
• Proficient in obtaining a Certificate Of Origin (COO) position from government agencies.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on orders and delivery schedules.
