Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics/Sales Coordinator to support order entry, quoting, and delivery coordination in Loyang. The role involves SAP-based order processing, liaising with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely shipments.

You will also handle billing support for field service, manage stock for made-to-stock items, and address quality issues by coordinating with source plants and QA teams. Strong communication and understanding of Incoterms are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of international payment terms and incoterms
• Willing to work in Loyang

Responsibilities

• Create sales quotations upon request from customers or sales team.
• Order entry and follow-up with customers on delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.
• Releasing of shipment for pick/pack. Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.
• Support Field Service on service order and billing.
• Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
• Update equipment parts lead time.
• Follow-up on incoming shipment (equipment parts) including system projects.
• Ensure optimum stock level for made to stock items.
• Lodge QM Quality Notification in SAP for quality defects of goods and take appropriate corrective actions to close the loop.
• Ensure that orders are entered based on MTS/MTO criteria.
