You will follow up on customer inquiries and opportunities, verify orders, and maintain accurate customer records to support timely fulfillment. You will collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure prompt delivery and generate sales reports to aid decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems and MS Office for order processing and sales tasks.
Proficient with shipping software and IT tools to coordinate sales and logistics.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication with internal teams and international clients.

Responsibilities

Help the sales team create precise quotes, proposals, and sales documents.
Follow up with customers to maintain interest and drive sales opportunities.
Verify order information with clients and address issues quickly.
Maintain customer records for data accuracy and follow-up.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
