Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a service coordinator to handle customer inquiries on products, pricing, maintenance, rentals and deliveries. You will process orders using ERP/SAP and prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices.

You will coordinate scheduling, liaise with engineers, sales, logistics, warehouse and suppliers, monitor open orders and stock, support service contracts and renewals, and assist with inventory planning and general service administration. A min.

Qualifications

Min. diploma / degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
SAP DW1 / Service Module experience highly preferred.
Engineering, medical device or technical service industry experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, maintenance, rentals and deliveries.
Process customer and service orders using ERP / SAP systems.
Prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
Coordinate job scheduling, equipment receipt/return and deliveries.
Liaise with engineers, sales, logistics, warehouse and suppliers.
Monitor open orders, stock availability and unbilled transactions.
Support service contracts, rentals, spare parts and renewals.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and engineer dispatch.
Support inventory planning and general service administration.
