Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum Procurement professional based in Singapore. The candidate will perform administrative duties on contracts, negotiate terms, analyze risks, and source suppliers. A diploma or bachelor's degree in QS, Civil, or Mechanical engineering is required along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel. This role will involve ensuring smooth logistics and documentation management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in QS/Civil/Mechanical engineering is required.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are necessary.
• Candidate should be independent and self-motivated.
• Experience in using ERP software is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties on administration of main contracts and sub-contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Analyze and report on risks associated with contracts.
• Source and negotiate the best purchase packages.
• Ensure documentation records are up to date.
