Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support procurement and project coordination in a dynamic environment in Singapore. The role involves maintaining trackers, consolidating inputs from users and stakeholders, and preparing procurement materials.

You will reconcile data across sources, support business cases and funding requests, and assist with FFE package coordination while ensuring proper filing and version control of records.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills and comfortable working with quantities, costs and large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organise, reconcile and present information clearly.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain procurement and project trackers covering requirements, quantities, costs, procurement status, timelines and action owners.
• Consolidate information from users, consultants, vendors and project stakeholders and review submissions for completeness and consistency.
• Reconcile equipment lists, quantities and project information across different sources and versions.
• Prepare procurement documentation, dashboards, presentations, meeting papers and supporting materials.
• Consolidate information for business cases, funding requests and approval papers.
• Support coordination of FFE packages and other project procurement activities.
• Maintain proper document filing, document control and version control of project and procurement records.
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the project team.
