Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process by collaborating across teams including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.
• Support stakeholders through development of procurement documents, tender management, contracting and finance-related operations.
• Develop negotiation strategies to extract best value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and vendor risk framework.
• Enter and maintain accurate records of procurement activities in systems (e.g., INFOmatch, SAP, Coupa).
