Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience in procurement or healthcare/engineering/construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project, FFE and procurement trackers.
• Consolidate information on equipment, quantities and costs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and procurement documents.
• Monitor milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist meetings with agenda, minutes and action tracking.
• Assist with business cases, funding requests and approval documentation.
• Ensure proper document management and version control.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support to the project team.
