Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement or order management.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/procurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail with good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Independent work style within a structured procurement environment.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with stakeholders to clarify discrepancies or requirements.
• Source and communicate with vendors on pricing, availability, lead times and delivery.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and perform price comparisons.
• Maintain purchasing price lists and procurement records.
• Create/update material records in SAP and onboard new suppliers.
