Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to bridge strategic partnerships and drive growth with bank partners and offshore AIA BUs. You will lead cross-functional teams and shape sales and marketing strategies to expand partner networks and market reach.

The role demands 8–10 years in sales, partnerships or business development within insurance or banking, with strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Banking & Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, formulate and deliver sales and distribution strategies focused on Financial Institutions and offshore AIA BU segments.
• Build and strengthen relationships with offshore AIA BU stakeholders, bank management, branch personnel and introducers to drive top funnel leads, sales growth and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities across distribution channels and geographical markets.
• Grow bank partners’ businesses and achieve VoNB targets within budget.
