Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive AIA's HNW strategies by building strong broker relationships and delivering superior service. You will work with international brokers/banks to increase market share and coordinate sales initiatives across channels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Banking & Finance, 7+ years in sales/BD in insurance or finance, and strong knowledge of life insurance as a wealth planning tool

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Banking & Finance.
7+ years of sales or business development experience in insurance, banking or finance.
Experience in HNW international broker space is highly preferred.
CLI, ILP, HI, FNA qualifications or equivalent e.g. M5, M9.
Strong knowledge of life insurance as a wealth planning tool for HNW market.
Knowledge of HNW life insurance products such as Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, Variable Universal Life.

Responsibilities

Execute AIA’s HNW strategies and increase market share through brokers channel.
Drive sales and business development activities with international brokers/banks.
Build strong rapport with partners and deliver high-quality service.
