Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across partnerships and direct channels for our general insurance portfolio in Singapore. You will cultivate strategic partnerships, manage intermediary relationships, and develop direct-to-customer opportunities, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer/Head of Sales.

You will lead end-to-end sales processes across retail, SME and mid-corporate segments, building a robust pipeline and translating market insights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, distribution management, or sales within the general insurance industry in Singapore.
• Proven track record in managing broker, agent, and/or partnership relationships in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's general insurance market, products, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partnerships and direct customers.
• Develop and manage strategic partnership agreements to expand AIS's general insurance distribution reach in Singapore.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners.
• Collaborate with partners to design co-branded insurance solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and implement action plans to drive growth.
