Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, installation, dismantling procedures, and relevant safety regulations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction laws, WSH Act, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the company’s operations and performance.
• Oversee scaffolding project planning, execution, scheduling, and completion within budget and timeline.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including MOM, WSH, BCA, and safety management requirements.
• Develop and implement business strategies, company policies, and long-term growth plans.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of operational and administrative staff.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues impacting project execution.
