Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned key accounts to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end shipment execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Support RFIs/RFPs with operational input and growth initiatives.
• Maintain SOPs, processes and documentation across platforms.
