Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities in Singapore. You will drive inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, and order fulfilment, while ensuring safety, SLA adherence, and cost optimization.

You will manage customer-facing operations, build strong client relationships, and lead a warehouse team to achieve high performance. Collaboration with IT, planning, finance, and transport teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 8–12 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience managing customer-facing operations in a 3PL or distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong operational and commercial mindset.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Ensure operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and cost optimization across warehouse processes.
• Act as the key contact for assigned customers on operational matters.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and performance reviews.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams including supervisors and frontline staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and report performance to stakeholders and customers.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across transport, planning, IT, and finance.
