Job summary

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Logistics / Transportation or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in the supply chain industry.
• English and local language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned key accounts to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary operational interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end shipment execution to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Tender teams on RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and pricing input.
