Job summary

DSV is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee inbound/outbound, inventory, and order fulfilment for a global logistics leader.

You will lead customer-facing operations, drive KPI performance, implement process improvements, and mentor cross-functional teams while partnering with IT to deploy WMS and automation initiatives. This role demands strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing operations in a 3PL or distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong operational and commercial mindset.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory and order fulfilment.
• Ensure operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with SLAs.
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and cost optimization across warehouse processes.
• Act as key contact for assigned customers and manage relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams; foster high-performance culture.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify process improvements; support WMS implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse with supply chain.
