Confidential in Singapore seeks an experienced Account Manager to grow share of wallet with joint ventures, work with channel partners, and support regional product and pricing initiatives. The role requires a track record in sales and business development within the aftermarket, with strong customer relationship capabilities and deep HVAC industry knowledge.

The candidate will bridge country market needs and regional strategy, enhance collaboration between ARCD and JV entities, and drive sales

Qualifications

10 years in Sales and Business Development in aftermarket.
Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree).
University degree or equivalent; HVAC industry knowledge.

Responsabilités

Identify prospects for account management and build relationships.
Conduct business development within defined customer segments to support strategy.
Identify bid opportunities, participate in bid responses and negotiations.
Develop new customer contact leads for the sales BD team.
Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to the BD team.
Develop personal customer relationships to influence opportunities.
Attend trade shows, present new products to increase visibility.
Prepare workshops for assigned customers.
