Job summary

FAR EAST GROUP LIMITED is seeking an experienced Application & Technical Sales Executive in Singapore to support growth through solution-based selling and engineering support for HVAC and refrigeration.

You will engage consultants, contractors, OEMs, distributors, and end-users to identify requirements, propose suitable technical solutions, prepare quotations, and assist project execution. Strong technical and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, heat exchangers or industrial cooling is preferred.
• Ability to read technical specs and engineering drawings; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, distributors and end-users.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue customer accounts.
• Conduct visits, project discussions and site surveys to understand requirements.
• Recommend products and technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions; assist in product selections.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos and customer trainings.
• Follow up on projects, quotations and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service excellence.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
