Job summary

Confidential in Singapore seeks an experienced HVAC sales professional to act as the primary liaison for key customers, manage a diverse account portfolio and drive aftermarket growth. You will collaborate with Technical Support to tailor solutions, present proposals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Willingness to travel and deep HVAC knowledge are essential. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in HVAC sales, with ability to expand into new markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with min 5 years’ relevant HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to grow new markets and foster existing accounts.
• Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, BMS, Energy Services and Building Services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as customers’ representative and lead point of contact for all customer matters.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop action plans to grow identified accounts.
• Identify options to meet customer needs and coordinate with Technical Support to deliver.
• Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Organize regular service reviews with customers and Ops team on hot jobs and critical issues.
